Agree with the others that commented. Although the work was eventually done, it took many phone calls on my part - Jamie is not proactive in communicating as I was always trying to get information from him. Too many "stories" of why there were delays. I would not recommend him to anyone.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Paid him half up front for materials. After that never returned phone calls. Always had to call him. A different excuse for 4 weeks on why he didn't show up when he was suppose to. Went to his location on the business card and on his website, one is a residential house he doesn't like at and the other is low income housing. Had to have the police call to have him return the money. He was trying to defraud seniors for thousands of dollars. He didn't get away with it.

Just a terrible contractor, doesn't deliver on promises gets confrontational if you try to question anything. Had 3 spots needing repairs on my roof after they did it. wasn't cleaned of nails and left over shingle pieces.one of his workers put a water bottle in my vent. To many other issues to mention
