Tried to ask about their products after visiting their store. The owner clerk (whowver)just gave me a card and kept talking to anothet womam. Very rude Portegese speaking people

I bought my fridge through bigger company like Home Depot and Zehrs . Both stores screwed up the delivery schedule without telling me. My husband had to take a day off in order to be in the house to receive the item. Very upsetting cause nobody comes ang when I called ,they said the deliver schedule is changed. We went to the store and cancelled our purchased. We then go to City Appliance, a small appliance store . We purchased the fridge only 1 day wait, we got the fridge so quick.

I bought a fridge on sale at a large chain store on sale and was waiting 6 weeks for delivery. I walked in to City Appliances and saw the same fridge for $100 less and they delivered it 2 hrs later. I have since purchased 3 other appliances and also had them service others in my home. Great service and prices.

Never again.I called this company based on a recommendation. We shopped at the location and the sales person didn't have adequate knowledge of his appliances. We ordered a 1000$ dishwasher. When it arrived to be installed the installer had never "installed one before" It took 4. hours. From there on there has been nothing but problems with drainage and we have had 7 service calls and each time it is OUR fault. 3 years later and we are getting a new one elsewhere. LEMON! I would not recommend.

Just had my fridge repaired. Blocked drain hose which is quite common with KitchenAid. The repairman was pleasant and helpful. He walked me through everything that he was doing. I thought that the pricing was fair for the time spend. I will recommend this company.

After waiting on ...

After waiting on hold with Sears for over an hour and getting an appoint 3 weeks away, I checked Yellow Pages and came across City Appliances. They answered my call immediately, scheduled the service technician the next day, and he had pre-ordered the parts he thought I would need. Well done! Everything was professional and fast!

fast, friendly and excellent service

I called Sears come and fix the igniter in my gas oven. A service person showed up three days later and told me my oven igniter was not working. He charged me $99. and left without fixing anything. I called City Appliances and a service man arrived within an hour. He checked out the oven and fixed it in 1/2 an hour. All the while he was here he was very cheerful and pleasant and the bill was very reasonable. I am extremely happy with them and would recommend City Appliances to anyone who needs repairs.

A friendly woman answered my call, I got the appointment time slot that worked best for me. The repairman showed up on time and quickly found the problem, gave me a quote to fix it. Then he even had the part with him, installed it, tested it and wrote me up my bill. A friend recommended City Appliances to me and I will certainly do the same in the future!
