sharkeys cuts for kids

My son is almost 3 and we have visited a couple different places for his haircut. Sharkeys cuts for kids is always very accommodating and the haircuts have been the best from there. I definitely recommend it!

We had a very pleasant experience for our son's haircut. The haircut turned out to be great and my son enjoyed every moment. The hairdresser made him feel comfortable and she was quick and efficient. We will definitely be back.

I called this afternoon to make a appointment for son's first haircut. The phone was not answered professional, i got a "hello" He wad RUDE. I was questioning the wag jag promo that is on their website. He told me i was wrong and they dont do wag jag and what is that. When i hung up aftet bookinh timehis tone just didnt sit right. I called back again "hello" i canceled i said i was not impressed by him. He didnt care just said "yup" and hung up. Took business right to another salon.

Secretary has a terrible attitude. ..way to expensive for what the hair dresser actually did. I felt bad for leaving no tip...just the person I am so I left her a tip but I did come to almost 30$

The entire staff ...

The entire staff was great with my kids! The place was clean and the stylists were joking around with my child to make sure she was comfortable. I would recommend this place highly for anyone looking for a haircut for their kids. Ask for Denise or Angie

If I could givw no stars and still make a review it would be zero stars! Visited sharkeys kids today to get my 4 year old and 2 year olds hair cut done. My daughter got a half hair cut. I was expecting it to be kid friendly since it is a kids hair cut place. Staff was nor very kid friendly and had no patience at all. The lady that started cutting my daughters hair forcefully was pushing her head down. Which was unacceptable. Both ladies were trying to restrain my daughter while she was crying to finish the haircut. This is not right! If you want your kids to be scared of a haircut go here otherwise stay far away!!

im giving an star because otherwise i can write a review but they costumer sevice is really awful,trief to book a party for my daughter,but maybe because is a wag jag coupon is not as good,i called the 26 of june to book a party,they told me someone will be calling me next day didn't happen so i call back and i have to give my info again, they didn't even know why i was calling for,so i left my info again,someone will be calling me soon because they were busy,nothing so i call back left a message i got a call back day after couldn't aswer so immediately call back and again haven't hear from them is JULY 7. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. thank God wag jag give refund when thing like this happened

WORST SERVICE EVE...

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I don't understand how your business is still running. Rude people. I went twice and my kids didn't get the haircut. First time, the appointment disappeared from the system. Second time, because we were late for 10 min (nobody was in the hair salon at that moment), they wanted to reschedule again.... The attitude was very rude, not the way I will expect from a place which customers are kids. AVOID THIS PLACE
