Don't Fret Musical Instruments

Took my guitar in to have new pickups installed and wanted to talk to Bob about a few things and how I liked the action and did not want it altered but he would only ignore me so I just left the guitar. When I picked it up he had filed the nut so low the strings were dead and he had also installed 10s when I had asked for 9s and pickup height was way off. When I told him how bad it was he offered to buy my 74 gibson, I retired the guitar and never played it again.
