The manager of the Christmas tree department, showed great compassion today when the warranty department refused to do anything for me. She allowed me to exchange a faulty tree used for one Christmas only and did not work when I put it up this year. She made a believer of me in good service and I will remain a loyal customer of Rona. Thank you Shalina, you have made my Christmas!

Absolutely Worst customer service! Would never go to Rona ever! I have placed an order online with pick up on the store. It’s more than 3 days since they are still processing the order. I have called Rona customer service & they tried to reach to store manager through email & phone & he was not responding for the last 3 days. Customer service adviced me to cancel the order as she was not sure they will process the order. The irony is that all the items are in plenty of stock in the store bu
