Absolute Garbage
I brought in 6 articles of clothing to be dry cleaned and told the staff that I was leaving for the States on Thursday morning and needed this clothing. They guaranteed me that my clothing would be ready to be picked up on Wednesday at 5:00pm. When I went in at 5:30pm, I was told that only 1 of my skirts was ready, and I would have to wait until Thursday at 4:00pm to pick up the remaining articles. When I said this was unacceptable (when speaking to the OWNER) he told me that I shouldn't have waited until so late to try to pick up my clothes, even though their receipt, their employee and their computer system ALL said 5:00pm. The Owner, Keith, repeatedly told me that the entire situation was basically all my fault and that he shouldn't be held responsible. His solution for me, was that on my way out of the country, I should drive to their cleaning warehouse to see if my clothes were ready to be picked up.
