Horrible Service!! Called Ted described the problem about skunk under concrete stairs. Was told "Be there in a couple of hours". Shows up 6 hours later._"Had a problem with racoon removal". Ok no problem assesses problem to set up trap $260 expects payment upfront. Ok no problem. Trap set Friday night. Monday morning trap sprung! Call Ted at 7:30 am. Same line "Be there in a couple of hours". 4 hours later No Ted!!!! I call says busy working at house might rain. I be there when I get there!

I called Bobs Animal Removal on Sunday evening about a raccoon problem. Spoke with Ted, made arrangements to be at my house the next morning at 9am. He was there at 9am. After a brief discussion, he installed the trap and asked me to contact him if the raccoon was caught, which it was. By noon today, Tuesday, the raccoon was safely removed, soffit was restored to normal and area cleaned up. Ted, thank you for the awesome service and professionalism.

I called Bobs Animal Removal for a Skunk issue at my house. They(Ted) came and set-up a trap. He also had advice on dealing with the skunks. We never did catch a Skunk. He helped me with setting up the cement blocks so the issue cannot happen anymore. Great Job Ted!!! Thanks
