Deep Fried Food

We've been regular customers for this location for six years and always extremely satisfied with both the food and service. We have now had two visits since the change to new name and management and, while the service has been excellent as before, the food was a disappointment. First trip, on wing night, the wings were so overdone, half were not edible. This current trip, we had chicken strips and fries. Once again, the chicken was very overcooked and hard on the outside. We mentioned it and were given a discount for the food being overcooked - that was appreciated, but we're wondering if we should even try again.
