All homemade from scratch. My delicious slow cooked meat sauce has lots of hidden veggies for great nutrition. I make my own pasta, and trust me once you have had handmade noodles you will never want store bought again. The cheeses I use includes ricotta, cottage, mozzarella and cheddar. My lasagna is scrumptious.
