"It's spotless and cozy. My wife and I renovated it from the inside out and fitted it with hardwood floors and ensuite baths in the bedrooms," he says. "My guests are mostly mature people in the area working in the local automotive and energy sectors, for example. They want to stay in an accommodation which is as comfortable as their own homes."
