Corry is professional, well mannered and punctual. He has a clear understanding and thorough knowledge base of all codes and requirements. He was able to quickly assess problems, explain the degree of severity or lack thereof, while educating us on how to fix and repair all while giving us guidance on various cost options which was much appreciated.
