The Geek Squad helped me when my computer was not working! The computer screen turn black and could not get it back all the while computer would stay on -where you could not turn it off. Computer would eventually turn off when the battery was depleted.(4-5 hours). Plus they computer squard found threats on my computer. Great work they did! Thank you, VP

I bought and paid for a dishwasher in August, and was told it would be here on or before Sept 21., only to find it has not arrived on time, and will not be here for another 5 days.

Clueless Staff

After switching from Futureshop to Best Buy the workers are more clueless then ever, you are better off going and looking for stuff yourself then ask someone who works there; I asked about a ink cartridge and they went looking and on a thought i went and looked for myself and I found it and did there job before they even came back.
