    Great Shoes and Better Service

    Great choices of style and colours, not always in my size but they found some pairs for me that I am so happy with. The gentleman who served me was informative and very helpful. It was wonderful to actually have someone sit and take off my shoes and put the new ones on, tying them up to boot! Nowadays, many clerks do not know how to fit a shoe properly. I have even been in stores where they just pass you the box and then wait for you to bring the shoes to the counter! This was indeed a pleasure

    I have been at the Halifax several times over the past few years and have been numerous purchases. Always great quality footwear and very professional/knowledgeable staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Hi I do agree with last reviewer , His technologies and products are useless and are not solving the problems for flat feeters ppl but also causing more pain and problem with a extremely high price ! It's just a business and nothing to help .. The staff are nice but the owner (David ) seems not professional and not helpful at all ...

    Worst ever ! I ha...

    Worst ever ! I have a worst experience with them ,I am using orthopedic pad about 30 years due my flat feet but this time with foot solution I had one of my worst experience even in life ! They made a pad and charged me 350$ but it cause me even more pain than ever and I returned over 15 times to improve it but each time hot worst and worst ! They seems are very accurate with a computer device using but actually "as owner David said" this computer does not do anything and their technology is incorrect ! He refused to help me to improve it after and I needed to go to other orthopedic shop to solve my problem !! Don't ever go around it ...

    We did repeatedly tried to help you, even to making you a second pair of orthotics at no cost and to your exact specifications, supplying you numerous pedorthic appliances for you to modify your existing shoes and orthotics again at no cost. As I mentioned during your last visit, we cannot continue to supply you a lifetime free supply of pedorthic appliances. I am sorry that no one can seem to help you including us.
