    Good morning; Aug 31 I contacted Shady Lane about a problem I have with an overhead door cable issue. My call was to get contact information from their supplier. Andre felt that his workers probably could help me. That was wonderful I thought. So I requested that he call me when there was an opportunity. After a couple of telephone calls & 2 personnel visits I am still waiting for a call. I might add that Andre has not returned my most recent call a week or so ago. Allan
