    Always enjoy visiting Dr. Burns’s office. His staff seem very friendly and welcoming and are great to accommodate special mobility challenges. I’ve never felt rushed there and have always received very thorough exams including explanations of the results.

    I am a young indigenous woman, needed new frames and lenses - Ive had heavy migraines and dizzy spells because of it. told them I was using the script n lens info to pass over to my sis who works in optemtry to express ship for my issues. I took a picture of the frames I picked out and the oldest woman started yelling at me. Said do you expect us to buy all these frames just so you can go online and find cheaper one?? Said no pics allowed felt like I was in trouble. Now I have no info for frames

    I took a pair of ...

    I took a pair of my favorite glasses that had a broken arm and instead of selling me another pair of glasses, Kyle, fashioned a new arm for them. They didn't charge me anything, and I can still wear my favorite pair of glasses. I was so impressed with the service, I bought a spare pair anyway.

    Receptionist's th...

    Receptionist's there are about as ignorant as you will ever find. Sold me glasses that were supposed to have prisms to correct double vision. I've been to two specialists so far that have told me that there are no prisms to be found in lenses. Have questioned them on it twice and have been told the specialist is a liar. Will never go back again.

    Although I'm not sure of the identity of the individual above, I would like to express our regret for your unpleasant experience. We strive to keep our patients fully satisfied an I apologize if we fell short of your expectations. All spectacle lenses are confirmed to meet industry tolerances by our lens manufacturer before leaving their lab then again by our staff before a patient is called to pick up. This ensures the spectacles match the Doctors RX. If you wish we can demonstrate the existence of prism with the use of a lensmeter. Do bear in mind that we will provide a refund 3 months from the date of receipt of your glasses in the event that we cannot resolve your problem and you are not satisfied.
