I have adjusted well to wearing hearing aids largely due to the knowledge, support and guidance of Susan and her staff from the first appointment . I did not feel overwhelmed as I had nervously anticipated . A gradual hearing loss over 4 years I did not realize how it had impacted my everyday life , sense of well being , how tiring it had become in my effort to hear . Thank you , Susan to you and your very pleasant staff for helping make it a smooth transition.
