BEWARE!!!!! I can't say enough of how terrible the service is. I have been ridding a bike for over 10 years and have had my fair share of receipts for parts from various motorcycle shops but this is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. Long story short, I purchased a part that was defective and it failed after the first day (left me with a stranded bike and a long way home) but when I took it in to be replaced all I received was poor treatment. I was told that it was my problem and they pointed to a sign at the back of then parts counter that read "absolutely no returns on electeical parts". I was given attitude, laughed at (literally) and even intimidated by a service person who stood right next to me and refused to step away from my personal space. I was merely upset and was arguing for my money back, very politely I might add. I don't know what else to say, I'm left with no refund and a defective part because they put a sign up. I have never been treated so poorly and I DO NOT RECOMMED GOING THERE IS YOU WANT SERVICE FOR YOUR MONEY.
