HORRIBLE!
I used Shooterbug to do my wedding photos and was horribly disappointed, and in fact was horrified at the unprofessional behavior exhibited by this pair. Although our wedding took place in Halifax, we were recommended Shooterbug by friends who lived in the local area and had also booked them for their wedding a few months prior to ours. We visited Colleen and Bob's office/studio for a consult and were impressed by their work and booked them. We later found out that our friends also had major issues just prior to their own wedding and were also extremely disappointed with their services and lack of professionalism. On the day of the wedding, we actually had both Colleen and Bob as our photographers- Colleen was incredibly rude and in a foul mood the whole day (we had booked them for about 9 hours total), and during our Formals shoot both Colleen and Bob proceeded to bicker and fight with each other the entire time, in front of our closest friends and family. At the reception, Colleen proceeded to drink large quantities of wine that was meant for our guests, and got drunk, stumbling around. This left me to deal with friends and family pointing out "Hey who is that drunk person? Is THAT your PHOTOGRAPHER???" I can say our wedding was absolutely wonderful, with the exception of these photographers!!! They were a black mark on what should have been an incredibly happy day. Honestly, look for a different service that offers polished professionals who can make your happy day the day of your dreams- everything these people are NOT.
