We are very dissatisfied with the delivery of the Telegraph Journal. Very seldom do we get our paper on time, most of the time the paper is late or we do not received a paper at all. When we call we get very little satisfaction. By the way we have been an account with your paper for many years. It seems to me since the paper moved to Moncton our delivery service is very poor. We pay yearly.

Have been a reader for over 48 years and lately delivery service stinks! If we don't receive a paper, we are told we will get a credit - what a crock that is. Each month, the regular amount is deducted from our bank - no credit given. I must be eligible for at least a free month by now. This week alone, we have missed 3 deliveries - two were delivered much later in the day. Still waiting for today's issue (Saturday). This is totally unacceptable - readership is falling . It’s one thing to not get a paper but you should be able to call and speak to a person. Same complaints as all the other reviews listed . I also would give less than one star if that was possible.
Delivery is erratic - today May 7, no paper as of 10 AM. Unable to reach anyone by phone - wait, wait,wait. Make complaints by email, get the occasional apology but nothing is done. When will you ever provide reliable service for what's left of the paper?
Not one penny of tax $ should go to this outfit. NB and Saint John needs real competition in this field, imo. No way should a monopoly exist in news, for obvious reasons.
the paper is delivered at different times and at least once a week doesnt come at all. When attempting to connect with someone I am never able to make contact with a person. All I ever hear is the all our customer service reps are busy. The price goes up and the service deteriorates.
I tried changing my online password 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for them to send me the link to change it. Also when I tried to call them to talk to a live person, I got put on hold forever.
Good Morning - I am writing on behalf of my mother. My mother lives in St. Stephen and is 80 years old. She has been a loyal customer. This week I have been home with my mother as her only son, my brother, has passed. Being home I have learned that my mothers newspaper comes at random times in the morning hours and is thrown in various spots. Yesterday after several trips outside looking for it I located it in the afternoon under a vehicle.
Cannot cancel subscription once started. Dont do iit.cancelled auto-renewal. Talked to Customer Service. And it keeps charging me.
I cannot get reliable delivery. Almost on a weekly basis I will miss the paper one day then get two the next and then one day with no paper at all. Calling their customer service line is very frustrating and when you do get someone, nothing changes. They must pay their delivery people more money.
big rip off! lately the paper should be priced out at 25 cent. the paper is so small and lacking so many parts that it used to have. customer servive is beyond horrible!
the on line version is terrible. It is difficult to choose the paper, difficult to find articles, difficult to read articles. Very user unfriendly. On days when there is no paper, it is frustrating to spend an hour on line simply trying to read what is available. Much easier to go to another news source..........definitely more fun and less frustrating.

try to contact to put service on hold....no place on website to do it ...called was on hold for over 30 minutes....left phone number for call back ...no return call. Forget putting service on hold, am now going to cancel subscription - that is if I can get a hold of someone. Very poor customer service!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Unable to contact ANYONE in any department other than an individual with a strong foreign accent - difficult to understand. Had no idea how to resolve delivery problem.
