This is by far one of the most arrogant oufits I have ever had the displeasure to do business with ! I have had my Kitchen Aid fridge broken for over two months and I still have to wait another 2 weeks just for the guy to "try" a board on it because he obviously dosen't have the test equipment or knowledge to repair it. They tried to recharge me for a service call after it was already under their warranty, and that second call was just to tell me he doesn't know whats wrong,but ill guess at it!
