Great Service. Friendly Staff. Highly Recommended

It was two months ago so a little late in reviewing but after hearing other bad things from work associates I thought I'd chime in. My girlfriend took our son's laptop to Dave and it came back slower than when it was taken in. He took out my son's games and when we did a scan there was a keylogger to track our information. Not accusing him of putting it there but why wasn't it taken out if he cleaned it like he said? $100.00 later and we're pissed. Thanks for nothing. Slow, infected and charged

I was locked out ...

I was locked out of my computer and didn't know the bios password... or what that even was lol... It took him 5 min to fix it and he didn't even charge me!!! :) He's awesome!

I brought my lapt...

I brought my laptop on March 30, 2015 to get the screen replaced and as of today April 16, 2015, I am still waiting. Very disappointed in the service.

The best computer repair shop in the area, I highly recommend it. Prices are very fair and the work is always done properly, Dave looks like a youngster but his experience really shows.

Took in an old jammed up computer that was DESPERATELY in need of some wizardry & there he was, ***Dave***. He quoted a price, did what he had to do, & was finished before his quoted time. Impressed? You Betcha!!!! Thanks Dave!

Very Good Service

I went to JustCallDave to fix my computer today. He took me right away and fixed my computer right on the spot which was nice!! He was very friendly and I didn't feel like a was a burden with my problem(laptop). Also the price is really great (don't feel like he is soaking you !!). I will definitely be bringing my service there again if I ever have computer problems again.

Great service and support

I was having issues with a desktop computer; Dave came recommended by a friend, and when I called he responded right away and was able to see me the same day. It was completely free to diagnose the issue, which turned out to be a problem with the video card. Dave was able to switch it out for a temporary replacement while he ordered me a new part, so I could still use my computer! He got me a new card at a good price, and as soon as it came in he called me up and installed it for me the same day. Computer works perfectly now, but the main thing was the personalized service and attention. I would definitely "Just Call Dave" again if I had another computer issue.

I took my laptop into that place on St. George because it was getting really hot, lagging and making a loud noise. The really tall guy told me that my CBU fan (or whatever) needed to be changed but "at least it's clean!" Anyway, he also told me that they would have to send it away for a couple weeks seeing as they don't do that kind of complicated work in the shop, and that it would be over $200. I looked on Kijiji shortly after, found JustCalDave.Ca and gave him a call. He was able to see me right away, he diagnosed the fan (for free), which by the way was clogged with dust and hair and he ordered me a brand new replacement fan for only 25 dollars! The fan came in about 5 days later, he replaced it the same day and I got my computer back. I recommend that anyone with a computer issue take it to Dave, not only is he fast and professional he really knows what he's doing.
