i needed help with my granddaughters Iphone on 3 different times I went to jump plus. Each time the customer service was excellent. The last time I had an activation lock the girl who helped me was Melinda she went above and beyond to help me she made a call to Apple for me and emailed them my proof of purchase and ID so they could proceed to try and unlock the IPhone. thank you Melinda you were awesome.
If you want snobby, hipster-based "customer service", check them out.
If you want your Apple device serviced in any way outside of Apple's restrictions, try Thrift King instead.
Jump+ will not swap the SSD in my iMac because I didn't buy the SSD from Apple. FYI Jump+ staff: the hard drive sensor isn't required for the machine to function; and when the device is no longer covered by Apple care... who cares whether the SSD is an Apple SSD or not.
