Extremely overpriced. I went in as I had spilled a small amount of water on my MacBook Air. Logic board was damaged. They quoted me $860 to fix a 2 year old lap top. Not worth it. Took it to a local shop and they repaired for me for $300. Huge waste of the high consultation fee that they charged me just to look at it. Will never go here if I need computer work done again.
Worst place ever had an iphone x face id stopped working apple customer support said since it was only 2 months outta warranty that the would authorize a one time courtesy replacement to do with my serial number jump plus stated they did have to honour apples warranty arrangement and basically told me to bad so sad when I called apple again they stated they would be investigating jump as they are our apple store out her in st johns
I purchased an Apple Watch for Christmas. When I opened it, I discovered that they had sold me the wrong one. I had asked them for the Series 3 with Cellular and they did not provide me with that at time of purchase. They refused to take back the watch as I had opened it as I was unaware it was the wrong model. The manager was very rude and told me to sell it online. I had to call the DM in Ontario in order to proceed with the exchange. Poor service. AVOID!

I was told that a reboot due to a crash caused by downloading a new OS on a month old Mac book Pro would be covered by Apple's warranty..They even gave me a piece of paper saying it would cost $0.00. i was then charged $69.00 and thrown out of the store and asked to never return when I protested the matter. I have filed a suit in the NL courts
I have had great experiences with this store all except one staff member. If she is the only one available the next time I go there I will walk out and check back
Avoid this place. The staff misinformed me about the product they were selling (a laptop power adapter) and when I tried to return it a week later they won't take it back because the box was open. Just shop online. Their return policy is the worst. I don't know if I can report this to consumer affairs. Who doesn't open the box after they purchase the item?
This company does not answer phone calls and that means poor customer service
