    customer service is terrible, they can't find streets that have been on maps for 50 years, claiming it doesn't exist, they lost packages, they seem un-willing to help or solve "their problems" and rude, I agree they need to get out of the business if that is how they treat respect customers.

    Left number for call back. Over 6 hours later called again.Had to repeat (in clear English) several times that no tracking number available from sender end. Agent could do absolutely nothing. I was shocked.Asked to speak to Supervisor. First told none available and then said they would call between 30-60 minutes. That didn't happen.Asked agent to disconnect call to do survey and ended up not disconnect but back in que. Started all over. Worst service, would not recommend. Not worth the headaches

    Was told parcel was being delivered from 8:30 - 11 am so I rushed home. Did not show. Tried to call TWG warehouse to pick up myself because UPS always screws up. Can���t call, can���t pick up. Look at website and 1000���s give lowest rating and hate UPS. I agree. Now package says delay with no date. UPS in Winnipeg should be shut down.

    Customer service Specifically from Kelly (she refused to give me her agent number.) Is AWFUL !!! Your customer service leaves alot to be desired. My package took 2 months to get to me, they finally called me, made me pay the duties over the phone and then my package was nowhere to be found after I requested it be sent to a location for pick up. They finally find it here where I am told I can't pick up and miss Kelly is being all rude when I ask where and which location I can expect it to go !
