I had a misunderstanding on my booking, so it started a little rocky. However, they went over and above to accommodate my next booking and make me a happy customer. I plan to keep renting with them.
an older gentleman (mid 30)another time i rented at this location i parked in front of the wash bay (not seeing their sing) the same gentleman comes storming out and starts yelling at me saying i dont know how to read and that i cant park here, i asked where can i park because the front was full (including handicap spot which had a car in it that was clearly the owners it had donvito on it)
not very impressed with this location.
Not too shabby. They come off as a bit rude but you save a ton of money. I'll mention the things they mess up on so you can plan for it. At the airport, don't wait for a shuttle because there is none. Take a unicity cab to their Sargent location and don't pay the drive, ask the u-drive staff member to pay the cab instead. And don't bother calling them for anything because they don't return your voice messages and your best bet is to call when someone is at the front desk.
