    Wait times can be long but the service you receive is worth it. Weekends are definitely a longer wait unless you reserve a spot.

    I went online, reserved a spot, and then spent my entire lunch break waiting for a haircut that I never received because the reservation system is pointless. I’m not going to stand around the mall for an indefinite amount of time because Tommy Guns won’t take appointments. There are literally thousands of hair stylists in this city that take appointments, so I’m not going to waste my time with this shop’s nonsense.
