Terrible customer service. Went to pickup my parcel and waited half and hour only for them to tell me they couldn’t find the parcel and would have to call me when they find it. Never got a call back and the next thing I know it’s been sent back to the shipper. Terrible service expecting customers to pickup parcels cause driver can’t find me when I pay for the service. Hope I never have to deal with this company again

Poorly run company. No communicative skills in management. Their employees screw up and they expect the driver to cover and make up for their foul ups. Not trustworthy. Steer clear of.

Worst company ever ! Worked there for like 5 yrs and pay was shit and don't maintain their trucks gotta put a stick in the fuel tank to see how much fuel was in the truck cause the gage didn't work. Favorited some employee's to get the better equipment
