Ken is a trustworthy person who I look for in businesses. All of his employees share the same core beliefs. I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned. One of the vehicles, it was suggested I get rid of it soon, as it was going to be costly to repair and not worth the investment.
