We are pleased to note we received excellent service from Tyler. He described the features of the dishwasher and range hood thoroughly. Importantly, he asked questions to determine exactly what our preferences and needs were for these appliances. A pleasant and professional salesperson.

Everything aside, customer service & satisfaction begins and ends with the person assisting you. Ana, my sales consultant, was that person. Beyond being knowledgeable, she is first a genuine caring person who is very approachable. She has the ablitity to make you feel appreciated, & in turn you feel a connection very quickly. Lovely young woman helped me find the perfect lamp. I had looked in five different stores but couldn’t find what I was looking for. I brought it home and it is perfect. I like that she offered her services and then let me browse by myself. Very nice customer service and sales person! Thank you.

A very good experience

From the second we walked in and were greeted, there was a different kind of atmosphere than other stores we had visited. It felt like they werent worried about making the sale but trying to help us find what was best for us. Jillian was so accommodating and insightful. Her product knowledge was incredible and really helped make a difficult decision easy to make.

Will return as I have always enjoyed the quality just not being attacked at the door by sales personnel. Learnt to bring a neighbour as decoy for them to follow around store so I can look around then if/when I need help I know just to find him
