I purchased 4 win...

I purchased 4 winter tires with rims from them. After changing tires, the car started to pull to right while right before that it was driving straight. After going to them several times finally I had to pay them more than $100 for alignment. This year when I went there for changing tires again, I asked the tech to be more careful, but it happened again exact the same. Their manager refused to meet me and tried to justify the case on the phone. Ridiculous reasons she brought up. Unprofessional!
