Use Caution

We had Odenza Homes build our house. After bankruptcy it has now apparently become Odenza Homes West. We would never use them again or recommend anyone else use them. While our general contractor was a very competent guy he was supervising between 8 and 11 homes at a time! No wonder we had to be on-site 2-3 times a day and still there were countless problems; some very significant. The house was two months late and way over budget. Shop around first.
