Terrible quality. I got two hats embroidered with the same design and they both looked completely different. Lettering was misaligned. Placement on the hat was nothing like I asked for

I found it very easy to work with this company. The woman who helped me was very service oriented and clear in how she communicated. The embroidery I had done was top quality. I am very happy with it. I would recommend this company to others for sure.
