Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. Each time I was there, I was treated like a valued client. I would definitely recommend NexGen Hearing!
