I went to have my brand new wheels mounted at the fleetwood location on March 1st 2017. They scratched 3 of my wheels. I was assured they would be fixed but I keep getting the run around from the manager. It has now been almost 2 months. So much of my time has been wasted. Don't go here.

The customer service was friendly and very professional, I have gone there twice and my problems were fixed quickly and at an affordable price. I would highly recommend them to everybody.

RISKY BUSINESS - Warning!

Short Story: Take my car in to ABBSRY TIRE to have a flat tire repaired. Whilst there I see that they have a fair price on oil changes, so I get them to do that as well. A little while later, the new manager comes out with my brake pad in his hands. Tells me the pads need replacing, and to have a look. Having dealt with this guy recently, and having been swindled by him before (a story I will get to later), I tell him I can't afford a brake job right now, and despite what the brake looked like, it was braking just fine, no squealing and no problems. I will have to do the brakes another time. Being the upsell kind of guy he is, he gives me a quote anyway. A half hour later, I get my car back, pay for it.. and drive away. First time I step on the brakes, the wife hears a bit of squealing. I continue on thinking it may just be an isolated incident. As I continue on, the brakes start grinding when I press them. Then, a couple blocks later.. major grinding while we are driving, not just when I press the brakes. Then the vehicle gets sluggish, and it becomes clear the brakes are seizing and something is desperately wrong.. I get the wife to call ABBSRY TIRE right away, and clear this up. The guy on the phone is very rude and condescending to my wife. "Of course they are going to grind he say's.. you need brakes". Funny it wasn't doing this before we came in for a TIRE REPAIR! In short, it gets really ugly over the phone, and they refuse to do anything about it. LEAVING US IN A RISKY AND DANGEROUS SITUATION WITH BRAKES THAT ARE CLEARLY FAILING AS A RESULT OF WHATEVER IT WAS THEY DID. I immediately call the better business bureau (BBB), but as I should have guessed. They are not a member. I will never trust them with a single thing again, and they will never see another penny from me. I will get my brakes done by a reputable shop, and sue ABBSRY TIRE for the damages. I definitely advise you to go somewhere else, if you value your life.
