    Buyer Beware - Horrible experience with this co.

    Due to the restraints of this rating system I am only allowed to say that my experience in working with Dream Cabinets was horrible. Very poor customer service. They never finished the job and never answer the phone after being paid. I recommend anyone dealing with this company due a thorough search of customer feedback. Buyer beware. In 10 years of building houses I've never worked with such an unprofessional company.

    Unprofessional

    The best way I can describe this company is unprofessional. The day of the install they showed up 3 hours late and forgot to bring parts of our kitchen that needed to be installed. We were also told the cost was $400 over the estimate given. The worst part was their initial measurement was wrong and we had to wait for new boxes that would fit. They told us they would comeback in 2 days to correct the problem but never showed. Then they never answered their phone when we tried to contact them. Our mistake was paying them 90% of the job on the initial day. We should have kept half so they would have to come back. After a week they finally sent in 2 new installers to finish the job which was still not right because they measure wrong again. They said they would come back again but I never heard from.
