I always have a bad experience at this clinic :( the receptionists & nurses are never kind & always act like they’re being bothered, ive seen them treat not only me this way. My last walk in appointment with Dr. Bonnie S was disappointing, she is nice but didnt address any of my concerns & barely gave me the time of day, I left super unsatisfied & still worried about my health issue given little to no information.

Avoid this place at all costs!

Agreeing with the other 'terrible' review there are a few good doctors at this clinic but staff are the absolute worst you will ever meet! Do not complicate your life by ever visiting this office. They are extremely unprofessional!

It can get quite ...

It can get quite busy and there is sometimes a wait. However, they have some young savvy doctors that are aware of today's over medicated society. My doctor listens to me, acknowledges me and is thorough ... if I have to wait a half an hour because he's running late due to walk-ins or because he spent to much time listening to other patients thoroughly, that's fine in my book.

The staff especia...

The staff especially the front are the most rude and unorganized I have ever seen!!! Even when you make an appointment your still waiting about an hour. So it seems it's way faster to just do a walk in. The staff need to learn to work as a team not like crazy unorganized unprofessional school kids....this is a business people act like it!!!!

I got a chance to...

I got a chance to go to this clinic today and what an experience. I loved Dr. N. Velay she has so much patience and listened to me very well and spent atleast 20 minutes with me. I never got that kind of attention from any doc before. I will definitely visit this clinic again. Bit disappointed because this is a walk in clinic and their family physicians are already book for this month.

As the first patient to be seen at this clinic, I have to say that I am very impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were treated very respectfully by knowledgeable reception staff who are professional. We were in the market (so to speak) for a family physician and were fortunate to see Dr. Mark Stockburger. Dr. Stockburger is gentle, kind and compassionate. His background includes over 15 years as a family doctor in a small town. This practice is a Family Medicine/Family Practioner clinic and will fill up fast. The offices are neat and clean; reception area is neatly organized; the exam rooms are amply outfitted and big.
