Loomis Transport

Both times I have ordered something and Loomis is suposed to deliver it ends up being weeks late and they ask me to come pick it up myself. They expect me to pay for shipping but refuse too actually ship the packages. Honestly one star is too high to rate them as they are beyond terrible.

Loomis delivered two boxes not for us. I have been calling them for 4 days so they can pickup the boxes and deliver them to the poor person who paid for them. I wait on the phone for 20 minutes just to explain what happened and no one picks them up. I guess I will just throw them out. Disgusting, the lack of concern for someones order.

refused to deliver to my house even though we are 20 minutes from the depot and other companies deliver all the time. I refuse to deal with companies who deliver using this service (not really a service). Not customer focused and need to work on thinking about the customer and time rather then boundaries and being black and white. terrible customer service!
