Since new management took over, this place has gone downhill. New renovations look nice, but customer service is so poor. I brought to their attention the car wash was full of garbage from someone's vehicle. The young cashiers response was that he was glad he didn't have to clean it up on the night shift. They also refused my Treasure Chest car wash coupon, the owner telling me he thought I forged the coupon, even though I tore it from my coupon book in front of the cashier. I'll never give them my money again.
