My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Super professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone related to septic systems. A Big Thank You to everyone at Blockbuster!

Super happy with the service from these guys. Called a different company at first who came out and could not solve our problem or tell us what it was after 2 days of investigation. Deon came out and knew exactly what was happening and had it fixed right away. The years and years of experience really showed in his work. I called to just ...

I called to just get a quote on a basic septic inspection. The lady who answer the phone went above and beyond by describing the entire process of the inspection, replacing portions of the system, custom system, system requirements and ways to save money with installation. I was very very impressed with her level of knowledge...unfortunately I did not get her name, but you will know if you get her on the phone. I am definitely recommending this company to others :)
