I can't even expl...
I can't even explain how extremely disappointed I am in the nail aesthetician (Laura, I think her name was) at Lou Lou salon. She was rough on my nails and shaped them terribly, in such a way that they are now ingrowing. The worst part is that I went in one day and asked specifically if she could do a nail design that I showed her a picture of. She said she could do it, and then the next day when I went in she said, while halfway through my manicure that she couldn't make the nails the matte colour that I showed her. That was annoying enough. Then she smudged some sparkles down the centre of my nails, when they were supposed to be a precise triangle shape. Seriously unimpressed. I will Never return.
