Kiwanis North Shore Housing Society

The senior management aka Director, appears to have his own personal agenda in regards to expansion of Kiwanis properties,without having upgrades to the existing apts. most suites are in a deplorable state and do not seem to be on a fix list. They have done the outside but don’t seem to care of the inside. IMO I believe the “Director “ is moving to quickly in his expansion of these properties it is increasing a populous density problem in the area! This helps no one!
