I bought a bracelet yesterday at the Qualicum Beach craft fair. It broke at the join where the whole is drilled while taking it off. On closer examination, it is obvious that the hole is off centre on that side leaving a tiny piece of silver holding it together. This is where it broke through. I’m really upset about this and extremely disappointed. 59$ is not cheap, and then it breaks under normal usage the first day! I would like a replacement! I can show you easily where the issue is.
