    Nit alot if effort made to deliver. All they had to do was drive up the driveway 20yards to see there was indeed someone home

    Two horrible experiences. #1, waiting all day checking the tracking number on a piece of time sensitive equipment that was paid for express. As Im checking the tracking number it switches to DELIVERY ATTEMPTED. Go & see a pickup slip on my door. No knock, nothing. Had to wait until end of day & drive to the pickup location. Second one, checking delivery status on an order, and it says refused. They went to the wrong house and didnt try re-deliver to the proper address, just returned to sender!

    Absolutely horrendous service, was supposed to be delivered in two days...today is one week without any delivery.

    Disgraceful service. The package delivered by UPS was left on the roadside around 100 yards from my house. Thats not DELIVERY!!! Fortunately, someone drove past and spotted it. Best to never use UPS if you have a choice.

    Terrible experience! I have been waiting for my package for 3 weeks! Every time I call someone gives me different story! Never go with them

    UPS is by far the worst courier Service ever.. the driver was rude my package was late and I'm never using them again

    3 times in the last year they have dumped parcels in front of my doorway that are not even addressed to my building. Last 2 times I took them to the correct address myself. This time it was a very bulky 43 pound box so called UPS to come get it and deliver it correctly themselves. 3 days later, its still blocking my door and after 3 more calls, UPS does nothing. Worst courier in Canada, by far.

    Costco told me item was back ordered, instead shipped it immediately. Called UPS to see if they could hold it a few days, not a chance, left on the porch and of course stolen. Now fighting Costco for a refund.

    I have twice had shipments from Costco left on the sidewalk at my townhouse instead of being brought up the stairs to my door. This is my second complaint. Very poor customer service!

    UPS is the worst courier service there is. They have no clue how to deliver anything on time They are the most unorganized company who have no clue and shouldn’t be operating as a courier service If I could give minus rating I would

    I ah a parcel delivered to my house on Monday night about 6:00 PM I was sitting at the kitchen table and saw the security light come on and then about 5 minutes later saw the UPS truck go in front of the house \I checked the front step and found a parcel there, NOT even have the courtesy to ring the doorbell or to even let me know they had delivered the parcel. totally disgusting service, someone needs to follow up on this and WHY no one even knocked on the door to let me know there was a packag

    Repeatedly horrible customer service, lost two of my packages, damaged another one and would take responsibility, staff asked like they have no idea where things are… Unbelievable
