Had them out to look at fridge and was told it was something they had to order so asked them to order it. Had to call weeks later to ask of status and it showed that day..surprise! They diagnosed it incorrectly and now told it will need to go to their shop for repair and can’t give a quote. 800$ maybe? We have been without a fridge for 2 months due to Eric’s!! Do NOT use this company!! Now due to the technician incorrectly diagnosing we’ve had to live 2 months without a fridge!! Go elsewhere!!!

Charged more than I was told it might be, in 2 separate calls to them. Employee explained she didn't know the correct charges as she was new and had only been there a few weeks...but I talked to her about it over 5 weeks ago, the first time!! Hmmm...so how many others were underquoted for a simple job, let alone the more pricey ones? $84 for 20 mins. of what turned out to be a minor washing machine cleaning seems steep!
