Very disappointed! Was quoted $115 but charged $140 without telling me until the end. The girl doing my foils must have been new as i could hear the shop owner telling her what to do when they were mixing the bleach, but no one asked me if i was ok with a new person doing my hair. I constantly had to give her tips as to how it should be done or how other dressers have done my hair in the past. She spent less than 5min cutting my hair and it is completely uneven with little tufts of hair longer than the rest and i have a wedding to attend this week. The shop owner was also unprofessional by making personal calls and talking very loudly on the phone in the tiny shop. Now i have to pay to get my hair re-cut somewhere else. Don't waste your money!
i WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO THE LADY THAT THOUGHT WE CHRGED HER WRONG, WE ARE SORRY THAT SHE HAD TO MAKE A COMMENT OF THIS NATURE,AS SHE GAVE THE GIRL A BIG TIP FOR HER DOING THE HAIR,IF SO despleased why not tell the owner as we strive to help people of all ages to be happy.I also have helped my stylest to be on the floor to gain experience how do they learn other wise.She did the whole head very long hair too.In our adds we always say starting price and up!! the stylest did say to her that it was more other places it would of cost much more.. why did you not come to me with your complains also I do confirm thinks with my stylest to make sure that clients are happy , not becuse they do not know what they are doing .Sorry you had a bad day which we cannot be blamed for in the future we do appreciate more understanding tell us to our face......Thank you.
