6 years ago, my husband bought a truck from Paul, and today it was my turn! Paul is an amazing car sales man who does not pressure you to buy a vehicle or try to sell you a more expensive one. We took it for a test drive a week ago, shopped around, and went back on Paul's day off to buy it, he was happy to come from Victoria to do so. He has been very helpful to us, and always honest. We have told him that our next vehicle we buy from him is going to be a van, we strongly recommend him ! B&C

Paul came in when the office was closed to show my Dad a truck. After the deal was made he personally delivered it Port Alberni. Honest & reliable & over & above customer service! Who ever said 2020 was a crappy year didn’t deal with Sterling Motors in Duncan.

A friend recommended that my daughter go to Sterling Motors and talk to Paul to find a good used car. We were so happy that we took their advice! Paul was so helpful and kind and we felt he honestly wanted her to get the best car and deal for her hard earned money. stand up people for sure.. I bought a vehicle from them and about a month after the starter motors went (used car risks) and the warranty they provided fixed it !! .. thats my story pretty good for a older $4000 car

This is a fun place to buy a car.. REALLY ? no pressure sales exists here... I bought a nice clean little pickup that nobody anywhere had with a warranty included.. I have drove by this place for years always admiring there unique inventory and constant turnover.. others need to learn from these guys..... I bought one..top notch people *****

Our family has bought 4 vehicles from these people and had a minor issue Alternator needed replacement 3 months later.. that all... I have never heard a bad word about Sterling Motors not like all the other lots in Duncan... especially Marling Motors They are good people highly recommended !!

bout a car from them 4 months ago, it has had over $4000 in repairs SO FAR.. when i called sterling to talk about how unhappy i was, their response was "its a used car what do you expect" I have talked to MANY other people who have had this same problem with sterling. i would NEVER recommend this car lot!!
