    Would not honor return policies. Produced no end of fallacious arguments and played all kinds of games. I will never do business with this store again and I do not recommend it.

    I'll not go back - worst service!

    i went to this business today to replace the glass screen protector on my phone. I asked the staff woman (with facial piercings - don't know her name)) to apply the screen protector for me and she dismissed me, saying "she's not trained" to do that. Dismissed! I got my original screen from the Rogers store in Langford, and they happily applied it for me. This woman also sold me a Galaxy screen protector not Apple - I had to go back to exchange it and there was zero apology whatsoever. Brutal!

    I think my user name says it all.

    I work for a small local business in the area. I have had many of my clients tell me how unhappy they were with the staff of this rogers wireless/ Celcom outlet. I generally take my clients advice to heart and steer clear of businesses they tell others to avoid. Unfortunately I didn't steer clear. Went in looking to get a SIM card for my iPad, I did not want to get onto a contract knowing full well I could do a month by month plan. After mentioning to the sales rep I was looking to do a month by month plan he put his guard up and didn't want to help me anymore. (maybe because he knew he would get 0 commission on this sale if it wasn't a contract ?) I asked him how I can do the month by month plan, he said "you cant just do a month to month plan on the ipad." I then asked them if I could purchase a pre activated SIM card,he said " you cant get that here" I followed that up with do you know where I can get one? his reply " I don't know.. maybe you should call Rogers." At this point I left the store and drove 2 minutes up the highway to future shop, purchased a pre activated sim card and set up my month to month plan :) I get alot of people coming to see me about getting cell phones every day and we never recommend this location. It's unfortunate because we really want to support small local canadian business.
