In short this is the WORST vet clinic I have ever been to. If you have a cat then stay away from this place. They run this place like a dictatorship, you have no say in your pets care, in fact it’s likely you won’t see or talk to the vet at all. They expect you to leave your pet there all day even if your pet has extreme anxiety at the vet or they will happily make you wait 3hrs past your appointment and get mad at you for complaining about the wait. Much more to say but no room.

They take great care of the animals and are very accommodating.

The staff at Tanglefoot showed nothing but sincere empathy for our Skippy, right from his fatal diagnosis to his sad heartbreaking end, one short week later. Thank you Dr. Uli Helvoigt, and your team, for your expertise and your loving care for our fur baby. We were so fortunate to have you help us through this heart wrenching time.

I don't have the words to say how amazing this clinic is. Our 13 year old family dog was dying and we had to ease her suffering. Tanglefoot came to our house so that she could die in her home with her family around her and eased her suffering. Afterwards my family and I were too distraught to bring her to her final resting place but the two vets from Tanglefoot assisted with this in their bare socks and they brought Jessie to an area I had prepared in the yard and laid her to rest for us. They have my thanks and I will always be thankful for their assistance, they went above and beyond anything I've ever seen a vet clinic do.
