Bought to Kean by BCAA, I was quoted a price for the work that we need to be done in order to get my car running again. When I arrive the next day to pick up my car the price was a lot more than I was quoted. I asked why & was told the gentleman on the desk "doesn't often work the front desk,so he must have missed it (the additional fees)". No apologies/ownership over this discrepancy. Still upset later that night,I sent a private message to Kean and heard NO RESPONSE! Terrible customer service!
