Worst customer se...
Worst customer service ever!!! Do NOT buy Autoplan insurance from Atkinson & Terry in Coquitlam Centre. Worst customer service of all time. The useless woman who sold me car insurance did NOT explain the fine print, and then I got dinged by ICBC because of it. After taking up my concerns with the manager of Atkinson, she blew me off and told me it was ICBC's and my own fault. Unbelievable. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Go anywhere else for insurance.
